With 3600 square feet of space, even the largest extended family groups can fit with ease. There is plenty of parking, plus a spacious gallery for your family to relax while different smaller group photos are being taken.
Many background choices are available to make each portrait fun and unique. Conveniently located in Riverton, Wayman Studio is easy to get to from any place in Salt Lake or Utah County. The north garden has lush, mature trees, rocks, and vines for a cool, comfortable shady experience.
The south garden has a bright, mountain-like look with grand terraced rocks, vines and pine trees. Both areas are extensive enough to pose extended family groups, but intimate enough for small families, children, babies, and seniors. Smaller areas include aspens and pines and a wood rail fence posing area.

Meet Our Team
Over 35 years ago, Paul Wayman began Wayman Studio based on his love of photography. His experience is evident in every aspect of photography: family portraits, seniors portraits, and commercial photography. In 1990, Paul and Linda moved to Riverton and established themselves as the photography studio of choice in the south part of Salt Lake County.
It became apparent that the small home studio just wasn’t adequate to serve the photography needs of families, especially extended family groups. In 2003 Paul and Linda designed and built the current Wayman Studio building, with Utah large extended families in mind. The gardens have expanded over the years to include more scenic backdrops for beautiful portraits.
As photography has changed over the years, Paul and Linda have learned new photographic and portrait art techniques, as well as the many creative and diverse possibilities digital photography offers. Paul’s photography skills and Linda’s talent in image enhancement make them the perfect team. You can trust them to make your portrait a classic piece of artwork you can proudly display on the walls of your home for years to come.
